Executive Coaching

A coach for performance

It’s often said that the higher people rise in an organisation the more they value their coach. The skilled performance coach offers a mix of challenge and support to their client, holding no agenda of their own. Can you honestly say as a business leader or senior manager that you really get unbiased or agenda-free support or challenge from your peers or subordinates? It’s something that an experienced coach is in a unique position to provide.

And we are experienced coaches.

Not only do we work with people at the top of their profession or organisation but we also supervise coaches who have clients of their own. We train people to become coaches and we are accredited by The Institute of Leadership & Management to supervise them as they work to achieve their ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching.

Our coaching clients come from the UK and overseas, from a variety of sectors including insurance, professional services firms, the communications sector, media organisations and the public sector.

Our coaching is based on the principle that our clients are resourceful and know far more about their issues than we, as coaches, ever could. Our role is not to offer advice but to create an environment where their own resourcefulness comes to the fore so that they discover and take ownership of the resolution to the problems, opportunities and issues that present themselves.
